We agree on the target, honestly

It starts with your Winnable-Grant Report. If the opportunity you have in mind scores poorly, we'll say so and show you what scores better. We don't take engagements we don't believe in; a fee isn't worth your organization's wasted cycle.

One intake. Then we disappear and work

A 30-minute conversation, a short answer checklist, and a delivery calendar you see up front. No committee meetings, no homework packets, no "quick calls" that eat your Tuesday.

You review, approve, and submit

You get the full package: narrative, budget story, and a checklist proving it answers every published requirement. You submit under your own name and registration. It's your application; we just made it excellent.

02 · Scope and fee

Three shapes of engagement

The scope depends on what the funder asks for. The fee is flat either way, quoted in writing before we start, based on the work, never on the size of the award.

Complex federal package	Federal programs and the apparatus they demand	Everything above, plus logic model, work plan, evaluation plan, and attachment coordination. Two revision rounds included.

About fees: every engagement is one flat fee, quoted in writing before anything begins, payable from your general funds, half at signing and half at delivery. We never charge a percentage of an award: it's unallowable on federal grants under 2 CFR Part 200 and prohibited by the Grant Professionals Association Code of Ethics. If a consultant offers you a contingency deal, that's not a bargain; it's a red flag funders recognize too. Ask us for a quote and you'll have a number the same week.

04 · The guarantees

Two guarantees. Both about our work, because no one can honestly guarantee an award.

Funding decisions belong to funders. Anyone who promises you a win is telling you something about their ethics. Here's what we can put in writing:

Submission-ready, on time. Your package is complete no later than five business days before the deadline, or the fee is refunded. You will never be the organization pasting paragraphs into a portal at 11 PM.

Meets requirements, or we fix it free. If anything in the deliverable fails the funder's published requirements, we fix it at no charge until it passes. Uncapped. Our misses are never your problem and never count against your revision rounds.

Flat-fee services. We never charge a percentage of any award.

You submit, you own it

Applications go out under your own name and SAM.gov/portal registration. On full payment, every deliverable is yours.

Flat fees from general funds

Never contingent, never a percentage: the structure federal cost principles and GPA ethics require.

Honest disclosure

We're plain with you about how the work is done: AI does the drafting, and a senior grant professional verifies every fact and signs off. If a funder asks, tell them the same: flat fee, paid from your own funds, nothing to hide.

First federal grant?

You'll need a free SAM.gov registration. It takes weeks, not days, and we'll walk you through it at no charge during intake.

And one thing that isn't for sale yet: a "we wrote it, now we keep it" service for after you win, covering the reporting calendar, the drawdown justifications, and the funder reports a federal award demands.
